Overview
The KTCTA1 is only for use when testing RCD’s in a leisure vehicle.
How to prevent tripping the supply when testing your vehicle:
- Connect the 13A plug of the KTCTA1 into the mains supply of the building.
- Connect your leisure vehicle via the 230V adapter on the KTCTA1.
- You will now be able to carry out the RCD tests in your leisure vehicle without tripping the mains supply.
- If you wish to carry out a load test on your vehicle simply connect a suitable clamp meter around the L coil of the KTCTA1. You can plug external appliances in such as kettles as well as fixed appliances to measure the potential current drawn during operation.
